Could 17, 2025 (MLN): The State Financial institution of Pakistan (SBP) has categorically denied rumours circulating on social media relating to a supposed ban on forex notes with pen marks or handwriting from July 1, 2025.

In an official assertion to Mettis International, SBP’s Spokesperson confirmed that no such notification has been issued, and any reviews or photographs suggesting in any other case are false and deceptive.
