Pakistan Engineering Company Ltd (PSX:PECO) has appointed Mr. Abdul Shabbir Khan Khattak (Joint Secretary (A&F), Industries and Production Division, as Managing Director of Pakistan Engineering Company Ltd. (PECO) through Ministry of Industries and Production (MoIP) letter no. 1(1)/2022-LED-III dated 07.11.2025.

The Board of Directors of Pakistan Engineering Company Ltd. (PECO) in its 228th meeting held on 22.11.2025 ratified the aforementioned appointment in accordance with section section 188 of the Companies Act, 2017 read with section 183 of Companies Act, 2017 and Listed Companies (Code of Corporate Governance) Regulations, 2019.
