The Organic Meat Company Limited (PSX:TOMCL) has received an export order from Al Abeer Cold store Trading Company (“Al Abeer”) at the FoodAg Exhibition currently being held in Karachi and organised by the Trade Development Authority of Pakistan (TDAP).

The order relates to the supply of private label frozen raw meat products to be marketed under Al Abeer’s own brand in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Al Abeer, based in Makkah, Saudi Arabia, is engaged in the import, storage and distribution of frozen food products, including meat and seafood, and sources significant volumes from leading exporting countries such as Pakistan and India. Its established presence in the Saudi frozen food and meat segment positions it as a prominent player in serving both retail and food-service channels.

The formal contract in respect of this order has been signed and shipments will commence following completion of contractual and regulatory formalities to be completed within next 12 months. The aggregate value of the contract is for US$ 5.20 million and tenor of the order is 12 months from date of contract.
